Information Technology Assistant

The Information Technology Assistant's responsibilities are:

  1. Produce high-quality written technical manuals and documents by collaborating with subject matter experts.
  2. Organize edit and maintain technical documentation.
  3. Serves as point of contact for department.
  4. Track status of orders, software subscriptions, licensing, billing and payments.
  5. Coordinate with outside vendors in respect to repairs, projects and training.
  6. Create requisitions for IT department.
  7. Maintain secure copy of IT account access for all systems, services and websites.
  8. Organize and maintain IT inventory.
  9. Create or update existing IT department documentation.


Qualifications: Requires skills and knowledge typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree.  Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.  Any equivalent combination of education, experience, training and experience which, in the sole determination of the SHA, provides the required knowledge and abilities may be considered sufficient.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
